7 Account Closure & Suspension

8 Limitation of Liability

ho880 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ho880's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's ho880 account at the time the claim arises. ho880 shall not be liable, under any legal theory, for:

Nothing in these Terms limits ho880's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
